We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your luxury apparel does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to maintain the garment's quality.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
